Have you ever thought about becoming an Altar Server? This is a great way for you to begin a life of service to your church, parish community and God Himself!

Dear Parents/Guardians,

The form is to be completed by parents of children who have already received their First Holy Communion and who attend Sunday Mass every week. Adults may also apply. Please note that live steaming takes place at the 10.30 am mass and Servers will be visible & recorded on camera whilst carrying out their duties. Please indicate that you are aware of this and happy with it.

Any personal details that you provide to the parish, (name, address, email, telephone number etc.) will be held on file & stored on the parish computer securely. If applicable, your details will also be shared with the parents of other Altar Servers to enable the production and amendment of Rotas. If you do not wish your details to be shared, please let the organiser/parish priest know. Server rotas will be displayed around the church with your child’s name only on them.
