TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility:

Spirit nights are open to nonprofit organizations with valid documentation. All inquiries are subject to approval.

2. Event Scheduling:
- Spirit nights are scheduled exclusively on Tuesdays.
- The event starts at 8:00 AM and concludes at 8:00 PM.
- All Spirit Nights are held at our Bon Air Location.
3. Donation Percentage:

Coco and Hazel will contribute 10% of the sales generated during the event to the participating nonprofit organization.

4. Participation Requirements:
- Participants must present a physical or digital flyer provided by the nonprofit organization.
- Alternatively, customers can mention the name of the nonprofit organization at the time of purchase to ensure their contribution is allocated to the event.
5. Eligible Transactions:

The 10% contribution applies to all eligible dine-in and take-out orders made during the specified event hours.

6. Exclusions:

Catering orders, special events, and custom orders are not eligible for the spirit night promotion.

7. Payment and Reporting:
- Contributions will be calculated based on sales after discounts and taxes.
- A check for the total contribution amount will be issued to the nonprofit organization within a reasonable timeframe following the event.
8. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

Coco and Hazel reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a spirit night due to unforeseen circumstances or operational constraints.

9. Promotion and Marketing:

The nonprofit organization is encouraged to promote the spirit night among its supporters and community members.

10. Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes or concerns related to the spirit night event will be addressed through amicable communication between the coffee shop and the nonprofit organization.

11. Agreement Acceptance:

By scheduling a spirit night event, the nonprofit organization acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.

Please note that these terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of Coco and Hazel, and any amendments will be communicated to the participating nonprofit organization in advance.
