For R2R investments, no upfront fee is charged. Instead, after viewing the property, conducting due diligence, and deciding to proceed, a 20% payment is required to secure the investment. The remaining amount is due when the lease agreement is signed.
For other strategies (B2L, BRR, PLO, Flips), a £1k upfront fee is applicable due to additional work and costs involved.
