  • Our sourcing fees vary based on the property and the investment strategy:

    Rent to Rent (R2R): Typically £3,000.
    Buy to Let (B2L), Buy, Refurbish, and Refinance (BRR), Purchase Lease Options (PLO) and Flips: Approximately £5,000.

    For R2R investments, no upfront fee is charged. Instead, after viewing the property, conducting due diligence, and deciding to proceed, a 20% payment is required to secure the investment. The remaining amount is due when the lease agreement is signed.

    For other strategies (B2L, BRR, PLO, Flips), a £1k upfront fee is applicable due to additional work and costs involved. Our service is backed by a 100% money-back guarantee until the lease agreement is signed for R2R investments or the purchase is complete for B2L, BRR, and Flips meaning that if you change your mind or the investment falls through for any reasion, you can ask for a full 100% refund.
