Once this form is submitted, you will be redirected to PayPal for payment.

After your order submission is completed, Lighten Up Bakeshop will review your order and contact you by email/text within 24 hours with the formal order confirmation.

All orders are made-to-order, and will be prepared and delivered to you on your scheduled delivery date/time.

To ensure you receive your treats on time, please confirm the following in your form:
- Your scheduled delivery date/time is at least 3 days before submitting this order AND between 10am-7pm.
- Your order meets the max limit of 3 total quantity selections per order. Please contact us if interested in placing a larger order!
We will not confirm your order if this criteria is not met. We will email/text you if doesn't, and we won't be able to start your order until it is resolved. We will also issue a refund accordingly.

After orders are confirmed by email/text, Lighten Up Bakeshop will notify you once we start preparing your order 3 days before your scheduled delivery date.
