ATTN FULLY NUDE CLIENTS: FDA RECOMMENDS PROTECTING AREAS WITH A MUCOUS MEMBRANE. Solutions are not tested on these areas as ‘safe’. What this means is wearing bottoms or sock (men). Mucous membranes also include eyes and nose. By selecting “I agree” you are saying that you are accepting responsibility of the risk if you decide to tan completely nude.

I understand that the results are split 50/50 with my technician. This means I will follow prep and post care instructions in order for my ideal results. This includes, but not limited to over processing tan (wearing longer than advised), the use of improper products in the shower, engaging in physical activity before the 24 hr Soapy Shower.
Consent Agreement
I hereby release and discharge Renee Tobin Makeup, its employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, causes of action, costs, and expenses arising out of or in connection with the spray tanning session, including but not limited to any adverse reactions, injuries, or damages.

I understand the importance of following the technician's instructions before, during, and after the spray tanning session to achieve the best results and minimize potential risks.

I have had the opportunity to ask any questions about the spray tanning process and the products to be used, and I am satisfied with the information provided.
