Instructions & Terms of Agreement:
Advance registration is required.
Simply select the session and date of your choice.
To register for Upcoming Workshops - select the date and the start time of workshop listed on Upcoming Workshop Page or Flyer.
All services are 3 hour blocks Monday through Saturday.
Signature Programs - 15 hour minimun and is customizable.
Payment must be rendered at registration or per MOU/MOA.
Payee will receive 100% refund if cancels within the same day, not 24-hours, but same day of registration.
Partial refund payee MUST call within 10 days of the program/training to cancel. A cancellation fee of $25.00 dollars per person will be assessed.
Payee can transfer to the same or different service within a full year at the same fee amount or apply as credit, if applicable.
All services MUST be scheduled a minimum of 4 - 6 weeks in advance please.
All group sessions require a minimum of three participants.
Virtual trainings require a computer, internet access, and a camera.
In the event of inclement weather conditions, in person sessions will be rescheduled immediately or client may opt for a virtual training. Note: all participants must have access to a computer, internet, and a camera.
If unforeseen circumstances (emergencies, etc) arise and The Foundation Academy LLC can't uphold the agreement, depending on the timing of events, the client will be reimbursed a minimum of 50% and 75% maximum of payment received, credit account, or client may elect to reschedule up to a full year.
