Ensure to read the below form thoroughly to ensure your preferred artist has a clear idea of your vision to create your custom piece. Further details may be needed at the artist's request and they will contact you if that is the case. The design process begins once the quote is provided and the deposit has been paid.

IMPORTANT

We use only black, grey wash and white for highlights. We only use red as our colour option but all clients requesting Red Ink must undergo a patch test to ensure an allergic reaction doesn't present. 

IF THERE ARE ANY IMPORTANT DETAILS OR ELEMENTS YOU WOULD LIKE ME TO FOCUS ON, THAT WILL ASSIST IN THE DESIGN PROCCESS, PLEASE INCLUDE BELOW.

Thank you for your submission! Once you are contacted with your custom quote, you will have 60 days to schedule via our online booking system, as our quotes expire after the alotted time. Please do not move forward with booking your appointment until you have been quoted.        

All quotes are sent out on Tuesdays & Wednesdays. 

Studio Kej offers one complimentary touch-up within three months of the original tattoo appointment. Touch-ups scheduled beyond the three-month period will be subject to an additional fee. Due to high demand, we strongly recommend booking your touch-up around the one-month mark to ensure availability within the complimentary window. Please note that waiting beyond two months may result in limited availability, and if an appointment cannot be secured within the three-month window, standard touch-up fees will apply.
