Purpose: To encourage brothers and sisters to participate in church fellowship life, to learn how to pray for one another in Christ, and to practice mutual love and acceptance.

Participants:Church Members and brothers & sisters who regularly attend Sunday services and gatherings at International Reformed Evangelical Church of Kuala Lumpur.

Date: March 19 (Thu) – 21 (Sat), 2026

Venue: Beacon Resort, Kerling, Selangor

Speakers: Rev. Wong, Rev. Hii

Program: Keynote messages, special topic talks, group fellowship sharing, recreation activities, etc.

Registration Fees:

Adults (13 years old & above) – RM450 (Early Bird RM380)
Children (5 – 12 years old) – RM250 (Early Bird RM180)
Children (1 – 4 years old) – Free (parents may bring own mattress)
Early Bird Period: Sept 28, 2025 – Jan 4, 2026

Family Registration Discount: Extra 25% off total fee, conditions:
* At least three paying members
* Must use the same registration form
* Only immediate  family members (e.g. elderly parents → couple → children)
* Immediate family must include at least one non-working member (if all are working adults, not eligible)
* Siblings are not entitled 

Age & Payment Details:
* Age is calculated based on year 2026 (according to date of birth on check-in day, e.g. Jan 25, 2021 = 5 years old, Mar 21, 2021 = 4 years old).

After registration, you may choose one-time payment or installment plan.
Installment plan does not affect the Early Bird discounted price.

营地有不同类型的房间，每个房间都有独立或共享的洗手间，筹委将尽量做最妥善的安排：

Family Room 优先提供给：有幼小孩童的父母、夫妻、乐龄人士等等。
Dorm 优先提供给单身人士和青少年

例子：
* 夫妇和两个年龄介于2-4岁儿子报名参加，我们会考虑优先把他们安排在 Family Room。

The venue offers different types of rooms, each with either a private or shared bathroom. The committee will do its best to make the most suitable arrangements:

Family Rooms will be prioritized for parents with young children, couples, senior participants, etc.
Dorms will be prioritized for singles and youths.

Examples:

If a couple registers with two children aged between 2–4 years old, we will consider prioritizing them for a Family Room.

1. 临时无故不参与生活营者，报名费恕不退还，一概不得追究责任。（除非有特殊理由）
2. 报名参加者不得在未经许可下，擅自离开营地或在营地内进行其他活动。
3. 不可临时携带没报名者参加生活营。

1. For participants who are absent from the camp without valid reason, the registration fee is non-refundable, and no claims will be entertained. (Unless there are special reasons)
2. Participants are not allowed to leave the campgrounds or engage in other activities without prior permission.
3. Unregistered individuals are not allowed to join the camp at the last minute.
