RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I know that volunteering to work with animals is a potentially hazardous activity. Valentine K9 Rescue is a non-profit charitable corporation that rescues shelter, stray, neglected and abused dogs. Valentine K9 Rescue does not know the temperament of the animals it rescues and the animals could exhibit aggressive behavior.

Additionally, animals placed in close proximity could exhibit aggressive tendencies that would not otherwise be apparent. By submitting this application, I assume all risks associated with my volunteer work with Valentine K9 Rescue, including, but not limited to, the risk of animal bites.

Having read this waiver and knowing these facts, and, inconsideration, of being allowed to volunteer for Valentine K9 Rescue, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release Valentine K9 Rescue, Sheridan, Arkansas.
