We are located directly across from Balcones Heights City Hall. The building is called Balcones Lofts. There is parking on Gentlemen Rd. right in front of the bakery or street parking on Hillcrest.

Deposit and Payment

Once you submit this form we will look over your order and send you an invoice for your deposit. Buttercream bakery requires a 35% non-refundable deposit for all orders except weddings or large event orders which will require a 45% non-refundable deposit to place your order. The remaining total will be due the day of pick up (for weddings and large orders, the remaining balance will be due two weeks in advance. Delivery will vary for larger orders. The payment must be sent BEFORE handoff. An invoice will be sent to you through email. We take all payments through Square.
After reviewing your order form we will send out your invoice with an itemized list of chargers. You will have THREE DAYS to pay the DEPOSIT before your invoice is automatically canceled. If you need more time to pay your deposit, please call or email us at buttercreambakerysaoperations@gmail.com
