Cancellation Policy - Please read carefully*

I acknowledge that I have the option to reschedule or cancel my hike up to 72 hours before the scheduled start date. One rescheduling is allowed, subject to a $10 fee. In the case of cancellations, a 50% preparation fee will be deducted from the reimbursement. No reimbursements will be provided for cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice.
