Weymouth Garden Club Membership Application

In 1931, the charter members first met to promote an interest in gardening, providing instructions, and help beautify Weymouth. The present day goals of the club are in essence the same, but have expanded to include an awareness of our responsibility as caretakers of the earth. We are now concerned both with beauty and with pressing environmental concerns, global toxins, and conservation issues. Membership requirements are to participate in club endeavors and to take part in committee functions and/or projects, such as maintaining the Abigail Adams Green and volunteering in other activities. One of our primary undertakings is to provide an annual scholarship to Weymouth resident(s) by holding a Plant Sale in which all are encouraged to participate.

Current applications are for FY '24-'25. Annual dues are $40.00. Annual Membership runs September to May. Ongoing membership dues are payable by June 1st for the upcoming year. This will ensure that your name will be published in the Club’s annual membership booklet.
