This agreement is to verify your participation in the Holiday Market on Sunday, December 10th at Rustic Grace Barn, located at 1680 Horseshoe Creek Road, Davenport, FL 33837
Each vendor must provider their own 10x10 canopy, table(s) and chair(s). No tents indoors!
Small business vendors are permitted to bring displays and stands but must fit within your 10x10 space. We encourage vendors to be as unique as you please with your display.
Electric is not provided, if you require electricity for your setup, please provide your own generator. Vendors are advised to keep products and exhibits to a 10x10 area.
Just For Kids Foundation & Rustic Grace Barn are not liable or responsible for any accidents or incidents that occur while vendors, volunteers or patrons are at the event. In addition, Just For Kids Foundation and Rustic Grace Barn assumes no liability or responsibility for any effects small business vendor products may have on patrons. Each vendor holds responsibility and liability for their own products and product effects. You, the vendor, HEREBY AGREE to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Just For Kids Foundation Corp & Rustic Grace Barn against any and all claims, suits or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensation or otherwise brought to me or anyone on my behalf, including attorney's fees and any related costs. Liability or one day event insurance and valid license is required by the venue Rustic Grace Barn for food and entertainment vendors only!
Vendors may have access to event space beginning at 12pm. The event begins at 1pm. The event concludes at 5:00pm and vendors have until 6:00pm for break down. Participation in the Holiday Market is voluntary and vendors reserve all rights to their products and services as well as payment received for these products and services.
Vendors must pay the vendor fee of $75 ($90 indoors) before vending space is reserved. Location is chosen on a first come first serve basis. There are no bad spaces.
Payment shall be made directly through the invoice sent to you.
Registration fees are non-refundable. The event is rain or shine. In the event this event is canceled by Just For Kids Foundation, this contract is null and void and vendors will receive a full refund.
Small business vendors are entitled to use the name, likenesses, and other promotional materials provided for the Holiday Market. Your signature verifies your consent to these terms.
What is the attendance for the event?
We are expecting 300 families to attend the event.
Is insurance required for this event?
Each food and entertainment i.e bounce houses, face painter, vendor must carry their own general liability insurance, as required by the venue.
How many indoor vendors spaces are there?
There are 20 indoor vendor spots available, these will fill up fast.
How will the event be advertised?
The event will be adertives on Facebook, Instagram, Google, through the Northeast Chamber of Commerce and flyers. Vendors are encouraged to advertise the event.
