CONDITIONS: Plans, Specifications and Survey are attached hereto as part of this application. The Applicant hereby certifies to the correctness of the
above information and agrees that NO OCCUPANCY will be permitted without first securing final inspection and Occupancy Permit. Applicant further agrees to adhere to the provisions of this application and the Building and Zoning Ordinances of the Village of Crete, Illinois.

This permit is issued with the express stipulation that where there is no sidewalk at the location shown above, one shall be laid by the owner and his agent and if the
existing sidewalk is in bad repair it shall be relaid at the owner’s expense.
