  • What do we do?

  • Voxzu Logistics is a growing shipping enterprise.

    We provide a platform to connect drivers with our clients for local delivery services.

    Our platform allows us to integrate with multiple types of online stores and Point of Sales systems, to allow our clients to provide Local Delivery.

    We operate all over Southern Ontario.

  • When and How Do I Get Paid?

  • Drivers are paid on a weekly basis, 7 days from the end of the period in question.

    Periods run from Sunday to Saturday.

    We send your money by Direct Deposit (Details required and will be requested after approval).

  • How Do I Get Work?

  • Please ensure you leave accurate information on this form, as we use it to setup your accounts.

    1. Please complete this form to the best of your abilities.
    2. Once Submitted, you will go through our approval process.
    3. If you are approved, you will be requested to complete a Canada-wide background check, through one of our partners.
    4. Once your background-check is completed, you will be added to our dispatch system.
    5. Sign into the Driver App.
    6. Periodically Check the App. You will get push notifications for new tasks.

  • How does this work?

  • We aren't like a traditional job. This is what you call "Gig Work".

    Our requirements fluctuate based on our client requirements. 

    When you are working, you sign in on our Driver App. When you aren't, you sign out.

    You can pick your availability, and which shifts you'd like to cover, and we go from there.

  • Identification

    You'll need your I.D. to complete this step, as well as completing this on your smart phone for simplicity.

  • Why do we need a selfie?

    This will be used for identification purposes on our platform, and for things such as Identification Cards.

     

  • Why do you need my drivers license?

    We need to verify that you are you, and that you are properly licensed to drive with us.

    It is stored securely and removed once it is no longer required.

  • Registered Business Information

    You indicated that you were a registered business with the CRA. Please complete this section to the best of your abilities. If we need information clarified, we will reach out.

    While we cannot guarantee you will not have to travel outside of your area, this allows us to better match drivers with our clients.

  • Vehicle Details

    Please tell us a little bit about your vehicle(s). This allows us to better match you to open tasks.

    Your vehicle must be made in 2010 or later.

  • Insurance Details

  • Business Use

    This is not typically included by default. However, it is required in order to drive with us. 

    While we cannot provide advise on insurance, we suggest you get a minimum of 3000km of business use per year.

    Not all insurance providers allow business use. Sonnet is an example of one.

    You are responsible for informing your insurance company of your intended use.

    You are not covered by a policy with Voxzu.
