Endorsements

It is the applicant’s responsibility to request endorsements, send the endorsement form to the endorsers, and ensure the endorsements have been submitted. If the endorsements are not received within 6 weeks of the application, the application is considered incomplete and will not be processed.

Applicants are required to request endorsements from the following individuals:

The pastor/ discipleship minister / missions minister of the church where the applicant is a member.
The WMU Executive Director in your state, State WMU President, or your state's CWJC/CMJC coordinator.
A person in leadership with a local ministry where you are serving or have recently served.

If there are others who can speak about your ability to provide leadership for a CWJC/CMJC site, you can upload their letters of recommendation to this form in a field listed below.

Individuals submitting endorsements should NOT be members of the applicants family.

Endorsement 1: Pastor of Church where applicant is a member*

Endorsement 2: State WMU Executive Director, State WMU President, or State CWJC/CMJC Coordinator

Endorsement 3: Leader in local ministry where applicant serves*
