Thank you for choosing Serenity LUXE Co. LLC to be a part of your special event! We look forward to providing quality candles/favors to your special moment!
The standard party favor includes either a 3 oz wax melt or a clear 7.5 oz candle jar with lid, a personalized label, clear party favor box and crinkle party paper (color of your choice). If you would like a smaller or bigger sized candle jar and/or different color favor box please specify down below.
We require that you book 6-8 weeks in advance to ensure we have all of the products and supplies we need to fulfill your order in a timely manner.
Once both parties agree to the details of the special event order, an invoice will be sent to the email you have provided. You will have the option to pay the full price or 50% (non-refundable) down payment. If you choose to pay 50% (non-refundable) of initial payment, the final payment will be due 7 days prior to the event. (You have the option to pay before the due date) If you fail to make the final payment, Serenity LUXE Co. LLC has the right to cancel the order and prevent future orders.
We will not be responsible for any damages beyond our control after products have been shipped or delivered to desired destination. We will do a final inspecton prior to products being delivered.
