Our traditional German Christmas Stollen is bursting with rich flavors of butter, rum soaked fruit (raisins, currants, and citron), almonds and marzipan. Tightly wrapped and stored in a cool place, it will keep for 4-6 weeks. In fact, we recommend letting it rest for 2 weeks before slicing into it.
