This form is to be used to express interest or apply for TCA to serve as your fiscal sponsor. These questions will help us determine if we have the capacity to support your work as the role of sponsor, so please answer questions honestly and to the best of your ability. Once this form is completed, TCA Staff will contact you for next steps.

Briefly explain how you or your project aligns to TCA's mission. Please briefly describe how you plan to fundraise for you or this project.*

TCA provides funds to our sponsees in a reimbursement format, wherein you would submit receipts or invoices for expenses and TCA would distribute funds you have earned through fundraising, donations, and grants. Do you acknowledge and understand this process?*

TCA would also be required to have oversight of financial information about your fundraising campaign or project, which will include reporting to TCA how money is being sent. Do you or your group have the ability to fulfill this requirement?*

TCA Board reviews and selects sponsorships based on alignment to our mission, feasibility, and our own annual capacity to manage sponsorships. This review and selection process can take up to 60 days. Depending on the fundraising/donor source, TCA may not be able to retroactively credit donations that occur during the review period with tax exemption. TCA will notify you when we have made a decision, and if selected the next step would be to sign a sponsorship agreement document.
