Please note, our tubing is not appropriate for applications bearing significant weight. International orders (outside US & Canada) have a $250 minimum, must be paid in advance and customers must provide a shipping label.

Keep in mind when specifying dimensions & sections:
- More sections is more expensive and adds flex to the assembly
- For a telescoping assembly, one tube goes inside the other. As a result, there must be overlap between sections, typically ~2"
  - As an example, your assembly CANNOT go from 20" closed to 40" open with 2 sections. Using this example, options include:
    
    Request 22" Closed to 40" Open in 2 sections
    
    If 20" and 40" are both critical dimensions for your application
    
    Increase to 3 sections
    
    Change construction from telescopic to screw together
- Final dimensions are typically confirmed after prototype is purchased

Our quoting team prioritizes quote requests that include a print, hand sketch, or photo. Doing so helps us better understand your application and what you're trying to accomplish.

We do not accept AI-generated drawings, renderings, or attachments as part of an RFQ submission.

Formal engineering drawings are encouraged but not required in every case. Clear, properly dimensioned hand sketches or other manually prepared documents are also acceptable. All submissions must provide accurate and verifiable technical information in order to be considered for quotation. Submissions containing AI-generated materials may not be processed.
