Salon Policy
We understand that things can come up. We value your time, and we hope you value ours, too. In the event you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to notify us no later than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to notify us in time with incur a cancelation fee.
• Less than 48 hours- 25%
• Less than 24 hours- 50%
• Day of appt.- 75%
• No show- 100%
Note that the credit/debit card on file with the salon will be charged the cancelation fee.
To guarentee the comfort of all of our guests, we do not allow children in the salon. Failure to follow this policy will result in the appointment needing to be rescheduled and may incur a cancelation fee.
