Deacon Reuben Jones was a model deacon written straight from the scriptures. He was a family man first who loved and cherished his wife, children, and grandchildren. A faithful deacon who would always go above and beyond to serve his church and treated everyone with love and respect. He would greet everyone he came in contact with, with a smile and kind word. He would visit the sick in the hospital and at home and pray with them. He was faithful to and supported his Pastor and church family. You never had to ask anything of him twice, it was always a yes with Deacon Reuben. Faithful, sincere, committed, hardworking, giving, loving and dedicated in his service to the Kingdom, that was Deacon Reuben Jones.
