Dear Board of Trustees,

The Board-Management Committee met on Friday, 10/06/23 to discuss the possibility of a weekend board retreat in either the last week of January 2024 or first week of February 2024. The retreat will be held in Milpitas at UofSA's campus. Please answer the following questions in a poll below and let us know as soon as possible if you can participate. Before beginning, please note the following:

None of the questions are mutually exclusive, so it's OK to answer multiple questions with "yes" or "no."
