    Welcome to The Business Resource Library ("Library"). Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before accessing or using our digital resource library.

    (a) Ownership: All content, including but not limited to videos, photos, worksheets, PDFs, and forms, made available through the Library, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

    (b) License: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the resources in the Library solely for your personal or business use.

    (c) No Redistribution: You may not distribute, sell, share, or sublicense any content from the Library to third parties.

    5. User Accounts

    (a) Account Creation: In order to access certain features of the Library, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

    (b) Account Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Library at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Library or to us.
