Each 10kg box typically contains: 2x Quick roast joint, 2x Slow roast joint, 2x Rump/sirloin steak, 4x 500g Stewing steak/braising steak, 4x 500g Prime mince.

Rib joints vary in weight but we will try to get as close to your requested size as possible. Please note that these joints will be allocated on a first come, first served basis and submission of an order does not guarantee delivery. Your order and the final price will be confirmed prior to delivery.
