Forgotten Souls Rescue and Rehab reserves the right to deny any adoption based on answers to this questionnaire and/or interviews prior to adoptions.

    Forgotten Souls attempts to give an honest evaluation of any cat based on our assessment or that of the source. Should you encounter any behavourial concerns, please contact us so we are able to work together to resolve the issues. 

    All cats are non-transferable. We adhere to a strict INDOOR ONLY and NO DECLAWING policy. All applications are evaluated without bias. We evaluate based on the needs of the cat. Applications are not guarantee of acceptance. Any falsehoods will be automatic disqualification.
