The model number can usually be found on the front of the instrument or if not on a label underneath or on the back e.g. CLP535, B2, LX705. Things such as Arius, Clavinova, Concert Artist, etc are not models but ranges usually covering multiple models over many years so please ensure you check carefully and provide the exact model or this may delay your repair or in the worst case we may not be able to help
Serial No / Identifier
We required a serial number for electronic items such as digital pianos in order to ensure we have the correct parts. This is usually found underneath or on the back of the instrument.
