Committee Application Form
The work of the association is carried out by member volunteers through the committees. Service on an Association committee demands time, energy and commitment. It is a privilege and an opportunity. As a committee member, you are expected to attend all of the committee meetings throughout the period of your term of service (a minimum 2-year commitment) and participate fully in committee efforts to accomplish the goals set forth in the Terms of Reference.
