At Valentine K9 Rescue (VK9R), we put a lot of love, care and resources into our rescues to give them a better life. We do our best to match every dog with the right family and disclose all known information about the dog no matter whether it is positive or negative. All expenses related to care of our foster dogs are covered by VK9R. VK9R retains ownership and all decision making in regards to the health and well being of the foster dog. AGREEMENT

By signing below, you agree the information provided on this application is true and correct to the best of your knowledge. Furthermore, you agree that any falsification of information will result in an automatic disapproval of your application. If information is found to be falsified after fostering begins, you agree to return the dog(s) to us immediately and voluntarily.

If for any reason you cannot care for this dog any longer, you agree to return the dog to us voluntarily and provide us a minimum of 2 weeks to make arrangements for new housing. You are not permitted to rehome the dog for any reason.
