REFERRALS THAT YOU'D PAY FOR (AFTER CLOSING THE DEAL)
This is my 'very specific criteria' that would make me comfortable about the idea of paying for a referral that is provided to me. Assuming it is a high quality referral, this is the highest percentage of the total deal value that I'd be willing to pay for closing that referred deal.
If you work in a regulated industry and need to follow strict compliance, please propose your best solution.
REFERRALS THAT YOU'D PAY FOR (BEFORE CLOSING THE DEAL)
This is my 'very specific criteria' for paying for a referral that is provided to me and the dollar amount that I'd compensate to exclusively receive that referral. There is no guarantee that it would close, but I am confident if all this criteria was met before it was offered to me to purchase, I'd pay this much to get it.
