1 Staff costs correspond to costs related to personal resources needed to develop the activities of the project during its lifetime. Calculation of personnel costs: Please calculate the total personnel costs based on hourly rates, using the established and standardised method in your organisation. Please include in your calculation overview also staff costs for project management tasks.
2 Costs related to, for example, the equipment, materials, facilities, data and hardware required to deliver, support, operate the project
3 Other costs include additional costs that need to be covered to fulfill project activities, for example, travel, accommodation, catering, workshops, translations, etc.
Please include travel costs required for the implementation and promotion of your project. Also include travel costs for advocacy work, technical visits and experience sharing in EU and global urban sustainability events (2-3 events per year).
4 Subcontracting refers to specific tasks that are part of the project that may be executed by another person or organisation if the staff does not have all the skills required, where justified and necessary, by means of a contract between the organisation and a subcontractor. Subcontracting costs means the amount to be paid to any subcontractor hired by your organisation for the purpose of the project, including labor and non-labor costs.
