WIHI Application for the 24-25 School Year
Thank you for your interest in our High School Program!
This application is open from October 27, 2023 to February 29, 2024, to be included in the lottery.
If applying after the deadline, students will be added to the waitlist in the order in which the application was received.
Our application involves a two step process:
Step 1: Complete the Electronic Discipline Request Form
Step 2 - Complete WIHI application
WIHI Application's Must Have:
- Student's Birth Certificate
- Student's Complete Immunization Records
- Parent's Driver's License/State ID
- Proof of Residency - ONLY if the driver's license address does not match student's address
- Student's Current Grades
- For 9th Grade Applicants - 8th Grade PSAT and/or NWEA Scores
- For 10th Grade Applicants - 9th Grade PSAT and/or NWEA Scores & 9th Grade Transcript
- For 11th Grade Applicants - 10th Grade PSAT and/or NWEA Scores & 10th Grade Transcript
- Home School Students - please complete this form for grades: Home School Report Card
Only if Applicable:
- Student's IEP/504
- Divorce Decree/Separation Agreement/Custody Agreement
- Adoption Paperwork
- Court Documents ex. Name Changes, PPO, etc.
Families are welcome to attach their student's Fall 23-24 NWEA scores to the application and then by June 30th attach their students' Spring NWEA scores or PSAT scores. This information will allow us to schedule your student appropriately.
Any application missing required documents, forms and/or is received after
Thursday, February 29th at midnight, will be added to our waitlist in the order it was received.
All applicants must be in good behavioral and academic standings.
We reserve the right to unenroll or drop any student if it is determined that documents were left off, falsified and/or if the application was knowingly falsified as it relates to any pertinent or relative required information.
