This form is for organizations which need to request funding usage for various SGA-related organization events or activities.

Please fill out the form completely. All approvals will be sent to sga@sckans.edu. Please contact SGA if you have any questions.

Requests take 3-5 business days to get sent to the business office. SGA will contact you and your organization when the funds are ready for use.
