2024 Cordell Pumpkin Festival

There is NO ELECTRICITY on the square. This event is a rain or shine or wind event. It is all outdoors and it is on cement. Once you paid for your spot it is non refundable. The city MAY change some of their rules on vendors. If they do you MAY have to pay a vendor fee to the city. If you sign up before that happens we will send out an email to you to let you know that you will have to pay that with the city of Cordell. We do not know that amount at this time. They have not made a decision on this yet. Once you fill out this form you will get an invoice for the amount due by the next business day.

~ The Cordell Chamber of Commerce is now required to collect sales tax from vendors that DO NOT have an Oklahoma Sale Tax ID number.

~ Those vendors MUST turn over the collected sales tax along with the completed tax form to the chamber before you leave the venue on the day of the event.

~ All others with an Oklahoma Tax ID number will pay the sales tax directly to the Oklahoma State Tax Commission.

~ Vendor/Vendors hereby waive all their claims for personal injury, damages, repair, or replacement of any or all of their personal property or equipment arising from their attending or participating in any of these events, connection to an A-frame, other electric outlets, water connections, or any other devices provided for their use, by the Cordell Chamber of Commerce or the City of New Cordell. This release is binding upon the above-mentioned vendors, their personal representatives, heirs, assigns, or successors.

~There is no electric on the square so no vendor will have electric but food trucks.

~ In the past we have had problems with vendors selling stink bombs, fart spray, slingshots, invisible ink, pellet guns, fireworks and knives to children under 18. We would like to ask you to please not bring the above items to any Cordell Chamber of Commerce event.

~This is a Non-refunded event. The Cordell Pumpkin Festival is a rain or shine event.
