• In order to best meet the marketing needs of the university, photo and video requests that will be used for university marketing collateral will take priority. We will do everything possible to provide assistance, however we may be unable to accommodate some requests due to competing demands.

    In the event that we cannot accommodate a request, we are happy to provide a list of pre-approved photographers and videographers for you to consider.

    Video: Please submit any video requests four weeks prior to your event and allow 10 business days for initial video drafts.
