Service Plan Payment & Deposit
With your GO24 ONYX Subscription, you can access all of our existing GO24 ONYX Club(s) and GO24 Clubs. You will be required to pay the full fees in advance for the service plan and/or monthly dues by automatic debit of your nominated credit card. In the latter case, you may be required to execute additional authorizations and documents as may be required. A personal access code fee may be charged prior to your service plan start date. A $1000 security deposit may be required with your service plan and if applicable, will be refunded in a timely manner after service plan is terminated, however should there be any damaged property, breach of agreement or unresolved payments, our company and/or its affiliates reserve the right to retain a portion or entire security deposit for compensation.
Procedure of Service Plan Freeze and Cancellation
Your service plan will be automatically renewed at the end of each month or at the end of your contracted period at the then-prevailing monthly rate. If you decide not to renew your service plan, you must pay in full your upcoming month's subscription charges upon notifying us at least two days before your next payment date of your current service plan, and complete a cancellation form at your home gym location.
If you wish to terminate your service plan prematurely for any reason prior to the contractually agreed committed date, you may do so subject to our approval at our sole and absolute discretion after having completed six full monthly payments from your initial contract date with a further one-time payment of $1500. All prepaid dues are non-refundable and non-transferable and service plans may not be terminated.
Should you ever wish to suspend your service plan, please consult with our staff. All applications for such suspension are subject to our approval at our sole and absolute discretion. Minimum of 10 days’ prior notice is required, and no backdating is allowed. In case your application is approved by us, a suspension fee of $100 per month applies throughout the suspension. You will not be permitted to use any GO24 fitness facilities while your service plan is “suspended” and you cannot cancel your service plan during the suspension period.
Automatic Home Club Reassignment Policy
Our member management system automatically reviews member visit patterns across all GO24 Centres. You acknowledge and agree that if you frequent a certain GO24 Centre more often than the GO24 Centre at which you initially signed up ("Home Club") over a consecutive two-month period, your Home Club designation will be automatically updated to reflect this usage pattern. Upon such change, the obligations and liabilities under the Subscription will be assigned to the new Home Club.
Please note that
(1) While the assignment will affect which legal entity you are contracted to, the assignment will not affect your payment terms, billing cycle, or access privileges; and
(2) Such change in Home Club may require your involvement to update your records at the new Home Club
Fitness Assessment
We offer a complimentary fitness assessment for all new clients. In this session, you will receive an in-depth body composition reading as well as experience a workout in accordance with your fitness needs or learn more about our equipment. Complimentary fitness assessments will expire after 14 days from your service plan’s commencement date.
Entry to Gym, Access Code & Guest Policy
Your access to the gym will be using facial recognition technology and by subscribing to our service, you are giving consent for retaining photo(s) of you for providing access. In other locations, you may be issued a personal access code via GO24 Fitness' mobile application that gives you access to the GO24 Fitness locations you are entitled to access under your subscription. You must not allow anyone else to use your access code nor permit others to tag/follow you into the gym. If this policy is violated, you may be charged a guest fee and/or have your service plan suspended/cancelled with fees/ cancelled without return of your security deposit. If you are introducing a guest to visit, approval of ONYX/GO24 is required and guest fee will be applicable.
Washroom, Daily and Locker Usage
Showers and toiletries are provided; some locations do not provide bath towels so please bring along your own. For location (s) that provide bath towels, please be eco-friendly by using only 1 towel per visit and respect our facilities by returning towels to designated bins and not placing them on the floor. Lockers are available for use during your visit to the gym and in some locations, we recommend you to bring your own locks. Kindly remove all belongings in the locker before leaving the gym as GO24 staff will promptly clear lockers after members exit the premises to maintain cleanliness and availability. Any items left inside a locker after you leave the gym will be removed by GO24 staff and placed in the lost and found. (subsequently discarded after prolonged time periods). GO24 Fitness and/or its affiliates accept no responsibility, liability for any personal property lost on any of our premises.
