Quote
Pricing is valid for 2 months. If the price of fuel increases beyond a reasonableexpectation, all pricing may be subject to a fuel surcharge. All pricing isbased on the itinerary outlined in the attachment. If there are any changes tothe quoted itinerary additional charges may apply. Vehicles requested are on afirst come first serve basis. A vehicle is not secured on a trip until adeposit is received. If a vehicle change is requested the rate for the newlyrequested vehicle will apply.
How to Book
Trips are not confirmed until we receive this signed acceptance form and a deposit is received. A deposit of $300 or 10% of the trip value (whichever is greater) is required to book the trip upon receipt of the deposit a confirmation will be sent to you for your approval. You must sign and return the confirmation within 7 days to secure the trip. Full payment for the trip is required 30 days prior to departure. Langs Bus Lines requires the final itinerary, group leader name, cell phone number, and passenger count 30 days prior to trip departure.
Cancellation
The deposit is fully refundable until 30 days prior to departure.29-14 Days 10% Is non-refundable. 13-7 Days 30% is non refundable 6 Days-Day of Departure: $100% non-refundable Final payment is by corporate cheque or email money transfer. If you choose to make your final payment by Visa or Mastercard, a 5% credit card surcharge will apply.
Damages/Excessivecleaning
The booker is responsible for any excess clean up charges/damages incurred to any vehicle during the operation of the charter. Federal regulations prohibit smoking,Vaping and alcohol on any motorized vehicle. If anyone is found smoking, vaping or drinking on the bus a $200 clean-up fee will be charged.
MTO/DOTRegulations
All Canadian Ministry of Transportation and USA Department of Transportation regulations concerning driver’s hours of service and driving must be adhered to. Any changes to the quoted charter may affect the pricing and operation of charters, and therefore,all charters must have a final itinerary submitted for approval by 30 days prior to departure.

Langs Bus Lines Limited is a safe and respectful workplace, mistreatment, harassment, orabusive behavior (Verbally or physically) will not be tolerated and will result in immediate cancelation of the trip without a refund.
