Winter 2024 Season: December 4th, 2023 - March 2nd, 2024

 

REGISTRATION FEES

Winter Futsal League: Train with CFS team in your age group and play in weekly Futsal League games

• 2014 - 2017 Players: 2 Days Training + Futsal League, $750 per season
  
• 2011 - 2013 Players: 3 Days Training + Futsal League, $900 per season
  

• For Players Currently on CFS Fall 2023 - Spring 2024 Teams: $250 to add Futsal League play during the Winter season.

By submitting this form, I am officially registering for the Winter Futsal Team with Community First Sports Club (CFS) and am agreeing to all of the following items to be known as the ("Terms and Conditions"):

 

• The CFS Winter Futsal Team is a single season commitment to attend all training classes  and league games that I have registered for. I understand that there are no refunds even in the case that my player has not been regularly attending classes and that failure to regularly attend classes may result in my players removal from the program.
  

 

• I am reserving a place for my player in the CFS Winter Futsal Team. There is no requirement for CFS to offer a refund if you withdraw your player from the team after completing payments. Credit towards future programs can be offered in the case of withdrawing your student before the start of the season.
  

 

• I have read, reviewed with my family, and accept CFS "Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver with Regards to Coronavirus/COVID-19"

 

• CFS reserves the right to take video and photography of all players in practice and game setting to utilize for online media platforms, and for advertising, marketing, and other promotional material.
