WIMA Application for the 24-25 School Year
Thank you for your interest in our program!
Our application is open from October 27th to February 29th at midnight, to be included in the lottery.
If applying after the deadline, students will be added to the waitlist in the order in which the application was received.
Our application is a TWO step process, which involves the following steps:
Step 1 - Complete WIMA Application
WIMA Application's Must Have:
- Student's Birth Certificate
- Student's Complete Immunization Records
- Parent/Guardian Driver's License
- IF Driver's License Address DOES NOT have or match student's address - Proof of Residency will be needed in addition to your Driver's License/ID.
- Proof of residency can be ONE of the following: Mortgage Statement, Property Tax Statement, Section 8 Letter or Lease Agreement
- Bills are NOT able to be used as proof of residency
- Student's Current Grades
- 23-24 NWEA Scores
If Applicable:
- Student's IEP/504 (if applicable)
- Divorce Decree/Separation Agreement/Custody Agreement (if Applicable)
- Adoption Paperwork (if applicable)
- Court Documents ex. Name Changes, PPO, etc. (if applicable)
Step 2 - Complete the Electronic Discipline Request Form

All applicants must be in good behavioral and academic standings.
We reserve the right to unenroll or drop any student if it is determined that documents were falsified and/or if the application was knowingly falsified as it relates to any pertinent or relative required information.
