Brain Dental Lab Policy
Defective Products: If you receive a product from Brain Dental Lab that is defective, we offer one remake per order. You must notify us within 30 days of receiving the item. Brain Dental requires the original appliance to be returned for examination. BDL will not provide a return label; this label will have to be created by the customer and the tracking number sent to the BDL support team. Once the team receives the tracking number, manufacturing of the remake will begin. The Lab reserves the right to reject a remake request.
