We are excited to host the FIRST EVER Spring on the Square event in downtown Hardinsburg, KY on May 10th. The fall version of this event brought in around 70 vendors, and more shoppers than could be counted. We are excited to be preparing for the spring.
Booth setup will begin at 7:00 AM on Saturday, May 10th. The event will take place from 9-2 central time. We ask that a representative remain at the booth at all times. Vendors are responsible for cleanup of booth area before departure. We ask that you remain in your spot the entire time of event. Limited electricity will be provided, and only as requested on application. Extension cords when used need to be heavy enough to handle equipment being used and be taped down securely. Keep in mind the streets have limited shade, so pop-up tents, etc are recommended and allowed.
Booth spaces are limited; approximate size is a parking space (horizontally). Spaces are approximately 18 feet wide by 9 feet deep. If you need more space, you will need to reserve two spots. Each spot is $40. Spaces are assigned on a first paid basis. We do not allow vendors to choose their spot. We try to be very aware of spacing vendors apart who sell similar items.
Vendors selling food/drink must provide a garbage can. A food court area for food vendors will be setup. Any vendors planning to use a cooker/smoker/etc will be placed in this area. Generators are not allowed except for food vendors.
Items prohibited for sale include any item that will cause hazard to persons. Live animals are forbidden to be sold. No weapons vendors.
Bicycles, skateboards or skates are prohibited on downtown streets. No yard sales.
We will only accept ONE vendor from each direct sales company. This will happen on a first register basis. (Pampered Chef, Tupperware, etc.)
Any and all applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the vendor.
All vendor fees must be received by April 1st. At that time any unpaid spot will be released to the wait list. There will be no refunds unless event is canceled.
