Building Better Relationships in the Workplace: Communication& Conflict Resolution Skills. A 4-hr workshop recommended for all employees to prevent conflicts from occurring and to allow employees to resolve disagreement independently of assistance. No maximum class size.
Respectable & Accountable Leadership: An 8-hr workshop onleader/employee accountability, dealing with difficult behaviors,boundaries for leaders, building working teams, and providingconsistent and meaningful feedback. No maximum class size.
How To Build a Positive Work Culture: A 1-Hour Presentation forLeaders Only to discuss the elements of a positive workplace culture and how to create accountability systems and skills to maintain those among employees.. No maximum class size.
Building Team Norms for Creation of Positive Workplace CultureA 4-8 hr (depending on team size) facilitation for individual teamsresulting in guidelines to create and maintain a positive culturerequiring team members to hold one another accountable.
Multicultural Mediation & Workplace Diversity This is an 8-hourworkshop in which every participant is simultaneously a teacher anda student of the cultures represented on a particular team or amongworkshop attendees. Multiple aspects of culture are open forlearning & discussion, but most companies select gender, age,ethnicity and roles in the workplace to examine for culturalawareness and understanding among coworkers. Maximum classsize is 100, minimum is 25. Group diversity is required.
Avoiding Burnout! A 2-hour Presentation. No maximum class size.
Team Building --Minimum 2 hrs and maximum 16 hours to buildthe cohesiveness within individual workgroups or between teamsthat must collaborate together regularly. Maximum class size is 50.
Other Service Offerings...
Basic 40-Hour Mediation Training --To begin a broad-based,citywide program as we discussed, that will decentralize theprogram outside of HR, I recommend that you train at least oneemployee from each of your 16 departments, but at least 2employees from the PD & FD, to allow them to have at least 1internal mediation team that they trust. Maximum Class size is 30.
Workplace Mediation Training: I recommend that 4 of your HRMediators are trained in this process. It will teach them multi-party,inter- and intra-team mediation, facilitation of Team Norms, andabout (so they can recommend it to departments that need it)Multicultural Mediation as Diversity Training. Max Class size is 30.
Consultation for development and writing of policy & procedurefor the internal mediation program at COP. This will yield the P&P for: a) Intake & Referral to the Program by Leaders, HR and/or employee request for access; b) P&P for Mediators to follow to preserve the integrity of the program, c) Client Satisfaction SurveyDevelopment to track the successes of the program and mediators; as well as to identify areas for improvement.
