To make the nomination pick up process faster, fill out the form below if you know EXACTLY how many tags you will need for each species and where you will be picking them up! We will have your tags packaged before you arrive at the nomination site and they will be ready to go when you arrive.*Payment is due at pickup. Nominations are $20/tag.*ONLY SCHOOL CHECKS, CASHIERS CHECKS, CASH, AND CREDIT CARD ACCEPTED. NO PERSONAL CHECKS!
