Game Room Department Event Policies:
- Max number of attendees - 30
- Reservation includes up to (4) pool tables, (2) ping pong tables, (2) video game consoles
- Pizza orders $500 or less are permitted, no other outside food or drink is permitted in the Game Room
- Reservations must be during operating hours
- M-F - 11am-9pm
- Reservations outside of these hours are subject to additional charges
- Your reservation will be confirmed by e-mail within 3-5 business days, submission of this form does not guarantee a reservation.
Student Org Pricing:
- Room Rental Fee - $85
- Equipement Fee - $35/hour
One reservation per group is permitted at a time, based on availability. All reservations are first-come, first-serve.
