Some warranties may require a service agent call out. For us to book in a service agent we ask that you read this carefully, understand and accept the terms and conditions. Under the Australian Consumer Law you are entitled to warranty such as a repair for a defect. However defects do not include consumable items, wrong installation, incorrect assembly, commercial application, environmental factors, misuse, product alteration, customer expectations, poor handling, neglect or operation from incorrect power source. If you claim is deemed not to be defective there is a call out fee payable of $199inc GST. Upon identifying the cause/s our service agent will cease work and show you prior to recommencing their work.*
