  • Please select the required services, including the Ceremony and any stated Extras.

If the desired Ceremony or Extra is absent, please input the name of the ceremony and cost as discussed into the "Other" field below.

50% of the overall figure as calculated on the date of signing will be required as an initial payment. This covers the initial meeting at the venue, initial idea generation and the creation of an outline based on this.

This will be invoiced following the completion of this form, and is not refundable.

The remaining 50% of the overall figure will be invoiced 2 months before the ceremony, on the 1st of that month. This covers the Writing and Delivery of the ceremony, as well as anoher meeting either remotely or at the venue.

Any additions that may occur including but not limited to expenses or extras purchased after this date, will be added in full to the final payment.

I / we agree the following fees are payable, plus any expenses agreed by both parties:

In that event, if deemed appropriate, I will return a portion of what you have paid (likely some of or the whole of the balance payment), and/or will offer you alternative arrangements.

This is decided on a case-by-case basis, and I reserve the right to deny repayment of any kind if the cancellation by me has come about due to inappropriate behaviour by you, the client, or anyone associated within reasonable proximity to you, the client, or for any other reason deemed necessary at the time of cancellation. No further or additional compensation will be payable.

Once payment is made, it is not refundable for any reason if the event is cancelled by you, the client, or anyone else.

Once this booking form is submitted, unless otherwise stated by Marcus Armstrong or his representatives, the initial payment as stated in the following invoice is payable, even if cancellation occurs before payment is made.

    4. Warranties and Liability

I warrant that the ceremony will be carried out with reasonable care and skill. I will have no liability to you in respect of any loss arising from incorrect instructions or booking details given by you or other fault on your part.
