- The Buyer agrees to have the Puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of possession. If the Buyer needs more time for having the Puppy examined, the Buyer should contact the Breeder for additional time (for example due to bank holidays).
- Breeder is only allowed to give another 72 hours to the Buyer for the Buyer to have the Puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian. If the Buyer fails to take the Puppy to a veterinarian in the given time period, the Breeder is allowed to take the Puppy back without further notice.
- The Breeder needs to be contacted by the Buyer regarding the results after the initial examination of the Puppy by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours via signed veterinarian form. Failure to do so shall render this Agreement null and void.
-
During the initial examination, if the veterinarian finds the Puppy in a poor health condition or detect any physical health problems that would require further veterinarian care, the Buyer must contact the Breeder within 24 hours. A diagnosis of coccidiosis, giardia, parasites, kennel cough, or any other type of bacterial infection does not render the Puppy unhealthy.
