The Greater Baton Rouge Association of REALTORS recognizes leadership
development as one of the main pillars of our foundation. An association is only
as strong as its membership and leaders. This is why GBRAR has committed to
implementing an exclusive leadership program to develop the finest in the
business to become leaders within the industry and within the community.

January 12, 2024-Installation and Awards Ceremony - 11:30 - 2:30
February 2, 2024- Mandatory Session 1 - Orientation - 9 - 11 am (optional liunch after)
April 18, 2024- Mandatory Session 2 - Mock Trial - 9 - 11 am
July 19, 2024- Mandatory Session 3 – Open Topic - 9 - 11 am
October 4, 2024- Mandatory Session 4 - Association Involvement - 9 - 11 am
