Uncontested Divorce Attorney Fee - $400.00
This covers the attorney fee. Once this amount is paid, your paperwork will begin and be completed quickly. We will email you a draft to review. Once approved, the paperwork can be signed by you and your spouse.

Costs & Filing Fee - $230.00
This amount covers all associated costs and the mandatory filing fee that will be submitted to the Circuit Court Clerk. The divorce cannot be filed until this amount is paid. Filing fees differ slightly in various counties. Any difference is applied to costs, processing fees, postage, etc.

Quitclaim Deed$50.00
Select this if there a house/property located in Kentucky that one of you will receive in this divorce and that the other needs to have his/her name removed from the deed or chain-of-title. This can be a property that has both of your names on the deed, or it can be a property that one you obtained during the marriage. Our firm can only prepare a quitclaim deed for a property located in Kentucky.
