Sessions & Payment Structure

A Non-Refundable, One Time Admission fees of 50% of the monthly fees will be charged upon enrollment.

Charges are calculated on a monthly basis, covering a minimum of 4 sessions (2 hours each).

Once we slot your child in to a class of ours we don't offer thats lot to anyone else even when your child doesn't come. Hence the monthly charges are applicable.

All payments must be made in advance, on or before the first session of the month.

Attendance & Cover-up Sessions

Teachers are responsible for offering a cover up session only upon cancellation from their end or the academy. If a student is absent, only one cover-up session will be offered per month, subject to the availability of the teacher.

Absence or late arrival must be informed in advance.

Materials

Coaching fees cover lecturing charges only.

Past paper booklets and other materials are not included in the course fee.

Student Conduct

Students are expected to dress in smart casual attire.

A disciplined and respectful attitude is expected at all times.

Mobile phones must be kept on silent mode. Use is allowed only for academic purposes when instructed by the Mentor.

Safety & Responsibility

Parents are responsible for arranging safe transport. The institute is not responsible for students’ conduct outside the premises.

Communication

Primary contact numbers will be added to the official WhatsApp group for updates and timely communication.

Withdrawals & Refunds

If a student wishes to discontinue, this must be informed by the end of the month - before a new month begins. This will allow us to move that space to a new student.

No refunds will be provided once payment is made.

Progress Discussions

Parents may request an appointment with the assigned mentor to discuss their child’s progress - Subject to availability
